Your information is used to serve you and manage the work you entrust to us.

Make a privacy request

1. Our commitment: “Free to Preserve”

The privacy of our clients and everyone using EPlusS is a priority. We do not sell any data. This prohibition covers information about clients, employees, technicians, contractors, suppliers, bank accounts, transactions, projects, services, and any other information entrusted to Electric Plus Services LLC. We do not use this data for advertising, advertising targeting, or commercialization. We do not rent, trade, or provide it to third parties for those purposes. This rule applies to every EPlusS portal and any integrations we add.

2. Information we handle

Depending on your relationship with the company and the features you use, we may handle contact, identity and account access information; service requests, work addresses, estimates, contracts, projects and appointments; messages, photographs and documents; assignments, hours worked and employment or professional documents; invoices, receipts, expenses, material purchases and imported statements; and session information and records needed for operation and security. We request and use information relevant to the task. Avoid providing unnecessary sensitive information.

3. How we use information

We use data to administer accounts, coordinate work, communicate with you, prepare documents, manage receipts and expenses, reconcile records, provide support, and protect the application. We may also retain or use information to meet applicable obligations and resolve claims. Information entrusted to us to provide a service does not become a commercial product.

4. Bank information and payment platforms

Automatic bank connectivity is not yet activated. Recording or importing financial information does not mean there is an active bank or platform connection. Before enabling a connection, we will explain the provider, requested data and required permissions. Only an authorized person may connect an account they are entitled to administer. The planned bank integration will retrieve transactions for accounting; it does not itself authorize transfers or payments. For the planned Chase connection, you will sign in within its secure environment. EPlusS will not ask you to send your bank password to our personnel. Plaid and other platforms have their own policies, which will be presented as applicable. Plaid privacy policy.

5. Who can access information

Access must be limited to authorized personnel and the information needed for their duties. Technicians and contractors should only receive data needed to perform assigned work. We may disclose necessary information to providers supporting enabled hosting, storage, authentication, communications, accounting or payment functions. We do not authorize providers to sell the data entrusted to them or use it for advertising or their own commercial purposes unrelated to the contracted service. Integrations must be reviewed for compatibility with this rule. We may disclose information in response to valid legal requirements or to investigate misuse and protect rights or safety. These disclosures are not data sales.

6. Security and confidentiality

EPlusS includes authentication, access permissions and records of certain actions. Application passwords are stored using a hashing mechanism rather than readable text. No system guarantees absolute security. Use individual accounts, protect your credentials and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.

7. Cookies and preferences

The application uses session cookies and may store preferences to maintain access and operation. We do not use EPlusS data for advertising tracking. Enabled external services may use their own technologies, which must be reviewed before incorporation.

8. Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide services, administer operations, address claims and meet applicable obligations. Closing an account does not automatically delete documents we must retain, such as invoices, contracts or receipts. Some copies may temporarily remain in backups or recovery archives.

9. Your requests and choices

You may request information about your data, correct errors and request deletion or account closure. We will handle requests according to applicable rights and retention obligations. We may verify your identity before providing, modifying or deleting data. When a financial connection is available, you may withdraw authorization through available controls or request help disconnecting it. This does not automatically delete previously imported accounting records.

10. Contact and updates

For privacy questions or requests, email support@electricplusservices.com. Do not send passwords, secret keys or complete account numbers by email or messages. We will update this policy when features or practices change, identify the current date and provide appropriate notices. Every update must respect our rule against selling data or using it for advertising.

Website-specific information

This company website presents our services. The estimate form prepares a message in your email application; it does not automatically send or store the form in a website database. The website stores your language preference in session storage. Contact links open external email, telephone or WhatsApp services only when you choose them. Hosting providers may process technical access information to deliver and protect the website. EPlusS account, employment and bank features described above belong to the separate portals, where enabled.
